IDR is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Cherry Creek, Colorado. This role involves managing high-volume customer portfolios within a dynamic industry, emphasizing dispute resolution and relationship building. Position Overview for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments
- Utilize NetSuite as an ERP system to streamline accounts processes
- Handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Support process improvement initiatives within the finance team
Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Industry experience in transportation, telecommunications, aviation, or aerospace
- Proficiency in dispute resolution, building relationships with customers, and documentation consistency
- Expert-level Excel knowledge
- Experience utilizing NetSuite as an ERP system

$24-$30/hr
