- BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST | REMOTE
The Select Group is looking for a talented BSA to join one of our top financial partners. This position will analyze and identify existing business application landscape, centralized inventory, process optimization, auto discovery tools, validate the accuracy and completeness of API inventories, and ensure alignment with security, audit, and compliance objectives. This role also requires applying governance rules, data models, mapping data flows, and collaborating with development community, business teams, and audit teams to refine the API landscape.
BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST REQUIREMENTS - 5-9 years of enterprise BSA experience within the financial services industry
- Strong technical acumen with experience in software integration, data modeling, and API platforms
- Familiarity with Banking regulatory standards impacting API management and security (i.e., FFIEC, NIST)
BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES- Expertise in collecting, analyzing, and validating large data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory
- Advance Architecture process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation control for functional and nonfunctional specifications
- Effective technical project management, stakeholder engagement, and metric driven reporting skills to drive cross functional team initiatives and meet project milestones
