IDR is seeking a Campaign Execution Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX! The Campaign Execution group provides operational analysis and implementation support for retail mass marketing products, campaigns, and customer communications within the energy industry. This role involves collaborating across multiple departments to drive campaign success and optimize operational processes to support marketing initiatives. The team offers a unique view of retail operations and marketing strategies, enabling impactful contributions in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview for the Campaign Execution Analyst:
- Develop approach documentation and business requirements for new marketing and operational capabilities, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive consensus on system and process changes to ensure timely implementation and operational efficiency.
- Identify issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions across various functional groups.
- Evaluate processes to ensure controls are in place and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of retail campaigns, new product launches, and projects, including change and project management.
Requirements for the Campaign Execution Analyst:
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
- 2+ years of professional experience in end-to-end campaign execution and project management.
- Cross-functional stakeholder management experience (Marketing, IT, Operations, Legal, Regulatory).
- Business requirements gathering, process design, and operational optimization skills.
- Experience in operations, IT, project management, or consulting roles is preferred.
