DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN | ONSITE (RDU)
The Select Group is looking for a talented Desktop Support Technician to join one of our top healthcare partners. This person will be responsible for going to main hospitals and surrounding Raleigh/Durham clinics to deploy workstations, monitors, printers, labels, etc. They will also work with many other consultants and full-time employees to get hardware up and running. Please note, working hours are within 8:00am-5:00pm but hours are likely to vary each week depending on project needs.
DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- Technical hardware knowledge
- Experience with printers, workstations, barcode labels, monitors, etc.
- Troubleshooting capabilities
- Connecting workstations/devices to printers
- CompTIA certification
- Hospital experience
DESKOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy workstations, monitors, printer, labels, etc.
- Switch out old workstations for new workstation
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 for each new workstation placed
