Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Education Project Coordinator – IDEA APR Support Team:
- Manage multiple priorities and monitor deadlines to ensure timely delivery of IDEA APR projects.
- Develop and format comprehensive reports and resources using Microsoft Office Suite, integrating both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Create engaging presentations and infographics to effectively communicate IDEA performance trends.
- Copy edit and proofread various documents to maintain accuracy and consistency, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain internal logs and support compliance tracking related to IDEA APR requirements.
Required Skills for Education Project Coordinator – IDEA APR Support Team:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in education, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced features like mail merge.
- Strong copy editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback.
