Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manager, Administrative Assistants:
- Lead and manage a team of administrative professionals, ensuring seamless support and operational efficiency across the New York office or business-aligned areas.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, partnering with HR and business leaders to align with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to anticipate business needs and align administrative support accordingly.
- Engage in strategic initiatives to enhance the administrative function, ensuring alignment with the firm's long-term objectives.
- Conduct workforce planning and manage coverage needs, balancing operational requirements with financial considerations.
Required Skills for Manager, Administrative Assistants:
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in administrative management, preferably within financial or professional services.
- Proven track record in managing and developing large, diverse teams, with a strong focus on talent management.
- Ability to balance day-to-day operations with strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of influencing and partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
