Position Overview/Responsibilities for the OCM Analyst:The primary role and responsibility of the OCM Specialist is to schedule, plan and execute project-level change adoption strategies, including the measurement of change readiness and long-term sustainability. The OCM Specialist works closely with project managers, business relationship managers, and other technology partners (DBAs, SAs, etc) to successfully drive the adoption of new technology. Develops and implements change management plans and all related deliverables. Experience in being a team player in organizational change management processes and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills for OCM Analyst:- 4+ years’ experience with OCM methodologies such as PROSCI which includes development of such deliverables as Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis and Communications Assessments
- In addition to analysis, assessments and change strategies and plans, the resource will have experience developing work products that support the change management plans. Execution of plans and work products is expected with stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption critical to success and measured through metrics and reporting (created by the OCM Analyst).
- Provides project teams with coaching and guidance based on industry best practices to improve cross-functional coordination and communication during project execution.
