IDR is seeking a Part Time Payroll Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in payroll processing within the healthcare industry, providing essential support to payroll operations and system enhancements.
Position Overview for the Part Time Payroll Analyst:
- Oversee and participate in payroll processing activities to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Assist in development, testing, and implementation of payroll system enhancements.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data, including wage calculations and withholding orders.
- Respond to employee and departmental inquiries related to payroll.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state payroll and tax regulations.
Requirements for the Part Time Payroll Analyst:
- 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within healthcare.
- Strong Excel skills – pivot tables & VLOOKUPS.
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2.
- Knowledge of payroll reconciliations and auditing.
- Ability to participate in payroll system development and compliance activities.
