Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Patient Service Representative (Tarzana, CA):

Serve as the primary contact for patient interactions, both in person and over the phone. Assist patients with inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting co-payments and reconciling payments. Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details using CS-Link/Epic. Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, and handle referrals and authorizations.

Required Skills for Patient Service Representative (Tarzana, CA):

Experience with medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans. At least one year of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting. Proficiency in CS-Link/Epic systems. Ability to comprehend and follow detailed oral and written instructions.
