Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Manager II:

• Lead and manage multiple medium to large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Utilize a defined project management methodology to plan and allocate resources effectively.

• Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to IT methodologies and project standards.

• Conduct in-flight reviews and quality assurance procedures to minimize risks and ensure project success.

• Supervise and develop a team, fostering a motivated and professional environment.

Required Skills for Project Manager II:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Business Administration or Health Care Administration.

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in information systems.

• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and tools, with PMP or PMI certification preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills.
