IDR is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role is integral to a government transportation agency's IT team, focusing on delivering innovative IT solutions to improve operational workflows within a dynamic environment.
Position Overview for the Sr. ServiceNow Developer:
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service management and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, and HAM.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP web services.
- Support Agile/Scrum project delivery methodology and contribute to technical documentation and system design.
- Ensure technical solutions align with organizational needs and best practices for platform development and configuration.
Requirements for the Sr. ServiceNow Developer:
- 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and integration.
- Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills.
- Proven experience with API integration, utilizing REST and SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HAM processes.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum project environments.
