IDR is seeking a Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler to join one of our top healthcare clients for an opportunity in San Francisco, CA. This role involves coordinating staffing and scheduling within hospital or clinic environments, ensuring optimal resource allocation and compliance with healthcare standards. The position offers an exciting chance to support clinical teams across multiple units.
Position Overview for the Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler :
- Provide administrative and operational support by coordinating daily and long-term staffing and scheduling needs in a healthcare environment
- Develop and maintain accurate master schedules to ensure proper resource coverage across multiple units and specialties
- Allocate staff resources efficiently to address operational challenges and staffing shortages
- Review and process time-off requests, monitor payroll trends, and ensure accurate timecard coding
- Utilize Kronos and Clairvia systems for staffing, scheduling adjustments, and workforce management
Requirements for the Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler :
- Previous experience as a Staffing Coordinator or Scheduler in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated experience using Kronos and Clairvia
- Experience supporting staffing for multiple units or specialties
- Strong attention to detail with scheduling accuracy and payroll-related processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
