IDR is seeking a Tester to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves testing within public sector software systems and modernizing eligibility platforms for government agencies. The position offers the chance to work on complex applications supporting state-level initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Position Overview for the Tester:

• Execute both manual and automated testing across complex IES applications
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to ensure quality delivery

Requirements for the Tester:

• 5+ years of QA / Software Testing experience
• Strong hands-on experience with both manual testing and automation testing
• Experience testing within IES (Integrated Eligibility Systems) environments (technically preferred but not required)
• Experience working in Azure-based environments
• Strong troubleshooting and defect identification skills
