IDR is seeking a Tester to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves testing within public sector software systems and modernizing eligibility platforms for government agencies. The position offers the chance to work on complex applications supporting state-level initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview for the Tester:
- Execute both manual and automated testing across complex IES applications
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
Requirements for the Tester:
- 5+ years of QA / Software Testing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with both manual testing and automation testing
- Experience testing within IES (Integrated Eligibility Systems) environments (technically preferred but not required)
- Experience working in Azure-based environments
- Strong troubleshooting and defect identification skills
