IDR is seeking a Workday FIN - Adaptive Planning Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity based out of New York, NY. This role is centered around leading the implementation of Workday Workforce Planning and Financial Planning solutions within the higher education sector. The organization is committed to innovative financial systems that support multiple institutions.
Position Overview for the Workday FIN - Adaptive Planning Lead:
- Lead a team of practitioners implementing Workday Workforce Planning and Financial Planning (Adaptive) for a system of 22 higher education institutions.
- Manage requirements collection, testing, and development of presentations and storyboarding to support project deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful configuration and deployment of Workday financial modules.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials, and Workday Business Assets.
- Drive project success within a remote work environment, coordinating with diverse teams and institutions.
Requirements for the Workday FIN - Adaptive Planning Lead:
- Workday Adaptive Planning experience and proficiency
- Workday Financials expertise
- Experience with Workday Projects and Business Assets
- Workday certification is required
- Intermediate skills in Requirements Collection, Management, and Testing
